A rare print, signed by James Dobie (1865-1905) of "The Land o' The Leal" (after Alexander Johnston 1815-1891). Interior of a cottage with elderly couple, the woman sat with hands clasped on table and downcast eyes, as her husband attempts to raise her spirits, gesturing towards the window through which sunlight streams at right. Framed with brass plate lettered below image with title and four lines of an 'old scotch song' beginning: "There's nae sorrow here, Jean..."
